Examples include the following: (1) customer relationship management platform for referral information and information about referrals for our services; (2) billing service platform, if you are using online booking, billing or payment; (3) marketing platform, consisting mainly of Web developer software, WordPress platform and plug-ins as well as Google and its products/services; and (4) email listserv platform for automated responses and if you’ve signed up for a mailing list/blog.

The personal information you provide online is retained for no longer than is necessary, depending on the purpose for which it is held, and is electronically stored on a secure server.
